ABSENCE FORM
Fill out this if you plan to miss a meeting. Please provide your name, reason for absence, and the date you will be absent. This form will be reviewed by our Executive Board to determine whether the absence is excused. Please keep in mind that you are allowed two excused absences with no consequences. Missing three scheduled meetings will result in ineligibility to participate in our Internal Development event for the respective session, while missing four scheduled meetings may lead to termination. OFFICE HOURS
ASSG officers are expected to hold open office hours to provide ASSG voting members, committees, and CU Boulder students with an opportunity to ask questions. Office hours are held in the official ASSG Office, UMC 121. To view office hours for the current session, please refer to our Meet the Session pages or our spreadsheet.
