CU Boulder Scholarships
Start here for all scholarships available through the University! Scholarships come from donations from private individuals, corporations, foundationsÌýand the University of Colorado. While donors specify scholarship criteria, recipients are selected by the appropriate college, school or department within CU Boulder.ÌýInformation on applying for scholarshipsÌýis also available in Spanish (ÌýÌýÌý solicitar becas disponible en español).
Automatic Consideration
If you completed an admissions application, you applied for all automatic consideration scholarships! First-yearÌýand transfer students are automatically considered for scholarships based on the strength of their admissions application. New first-year students are notified of scholarship selection at the time of their admit decision. Transfer students are notified by the Office of Financial Aid.
CU Boulder Scholarship Application
The CU Boulder Scholarship Application allows you to apply for multiple CU Boulder scholarships with a general application and gain access to additional scholarship opportunities. CU Boulder schools, collegesÌýand departments award scholarships to students. Contact the awarding unitÌýdirectly for information on scholarship opportunities, application requirementsÌýand deadlines. You will be notified directly by the school, college or department if you receive one of these scholarships.

CU Boulder Faculty/Staff Dependent Scholarship Opportunities
CU Boulder faculty and staff members can submit a single application to be considered for up to three different funds designed to support their dependents who are pursuing higher education.
