How to Use
The Leeds Brand Hub offers a one-stop resource for all your digital and print marketing needs. Let’s get started!
1.Select a template
Choose the template you want to use. A preview window will appear showing all the pages and descriptions attached to the template.
2.Create your copy
Click on "Use Template" when you're ready to create your private copy of the selected template. Remember, you cannot edit the original template; you can only make your own copy for customization. After clicking "Use Template," give your copy a meaningful name for easy reference later. Then, click "Create" to open a new tab with your copied template that is ready for editing.
3.Customize and adjust
The tools on the left side of the editor let you add project elements, such as pages, text, shapes and images. Access text editing options along the top and page adjustment features on the right side. Administrators can lock projects or templates to maintain brand consistency. A red lock indicates full lockdown, preventing changes to any assets, while a yellow lock permits content editing but restricts movement of certain elements. Customize your template within those parameters, with changes automatically saved as you progress.
4.Request approval
Upon completing your customized project, submit it for approval by an administrator. You may include a message with additional information to provide context. Once the project is approved, you will receive the green light to proceed with exporting it. Projects must be submitted for approval at least one week before your delivery deadline.
5.Export your project
Access export options located at the top under "Download." Tailor your export by selecting specific pages, resolution, and size preferences before finalizing the download.
