- Professors Mark Rentschler, Greg Rieker and Tin Tin Su were officially inducted into the National Academy of Inventors on Nov.1. They are recognized for their thought-leadership and discoveries.
- Laura Arroyo, Eldred Foster, Teresa Hernandez and Lynne Howard are being recognized for their exceptional service and contributions to the CU Boulder community.
- With 80.3% of eligible CU Boulder students voting in the 2020 election, the university has earned a platinum seal in the ALL IN Campus Democracy Challenge. Buffs additionally garnered two athletics-related honors in the challenge.
- One of the highest CU system honors, six faculty members from the CU Boulder campus are now distinguished professors, recognized for their outstanding contributions as researchers and educators.

- In an Oct. 19 ceremony, the CU community honored the latest recipients of honorary degrees, a university medal and a distinguished service award––Ceal Barry, Cleo Parker Robinson, Rebecca Roser and Charles Sisk.
