Disclosure of External Professional Activities (DEPA)

Projects and protocols submitted to the or to the IRB cannot receive approval until an annual DEPA is submitted, reviewed and approved. DEPA forms must be submittedÌýbetweenÌýJanuary 15Ìý²¹²Ô»åÌýMarch 31Ìýof each year, as well as any time circumstances change.
