This presentation will be a book review discussing the essential, pragmatic, and necessary guide for women of color to become successful in the workplace. The Author, Minda Harts, rejects the “one-size fits all” approach to becoming successful in the workplace, and speaks to the heart of the complexities that women of color face when attempting to secure a seat at the table.��
