If you find yourself saying….How do I talk to…? I’m lost in the bureaucracy….Ìý Am I misreading this situation? What are my options? Ombuds can help! Join the Ombuds Office for an informative session discussing the role of the Ombuds at University of Colorado Boulder and the services they provide staff, faculty and students.ÌýBring your lunch and join other new employees to learn from Liz Hill, Associate Ombuds for the CU Boulder campus.
At the end of the session, participants will understand:
- Understand the unique role of the Organizational OmbudsÂ
- Learn how the Ombuds Office operates and the services Ombuds provides
- Identify how Ombuds can help you and the organization Â
