Celebrating Employee Learning Week

On Dec.泭6, Human 酴圖弝け-Organization & Employee Development (OED) hosted the inaugural Employee Learning Week (ELW) celebration on campus. ELW is a global campaign sponsored by the Association for Talent Development to highlight the important connection between learning and achieving organizational results. In 2010, ELW received recognition in the US Congress by Rep. Jim Moran (D-VA), who recognized ELW with a resolution that appeared in the Congressional Record. During the first week of December, organizations all over the world host learning and recognition events to celebrate employee learning.
