Internal Fellowships for CU Boulder Faculty

The Benson CenterÌýinvitesÌýapplications from CU Boulder facultyÌýto join ourÌýinterdisciplinary communityÌýfor the 2024-25Ìýacademic year.

Applicants are welcome from faculty rostered in academic disciplinesÌýacross the CU Boulder campus.ÌýFellows will receive a stipend of up to $8,000 (commensurate with duties).

Essential Requirements for Benson Center FacultyÌýFellows:

  • Commitment to participating in the Center's programming for the year, including engagement with undergraduate fellows, attendance at public events, etc.;
  • InterestÌýin furtheringÌýthe Center’sÌýmission to support the study of Western civilization at the University of Colorado Boulder;
  • Enthusiasm for the Center's goal of fostering academic freedom, intellectual diversity, and civil discourse; and
  • A desire to remain engaged with the Center's activities in future years.

Applicants should submit a one-page cover letter describing their interest in being a faculty fellow -- including relevant research projects, engagement with students, and proposals for events -- together with a CV. This material should be formatted as a single PDF and sent to BensonCenter@colorado.edu.
