Join us at the History Colorado "Where is Denver's Chinatown" event!
The Alumni Association and the Center for Inclusion and Social Change would like to invite you to theÌýForeverBuffs SpotlightÌý±ð±¹±ð²Ô³ÙÌýWhere is Denver’s Chinatown?Ìýon Wednesday, Jan. 29 at theÌý from 5:30–8:30pm.
This will be a wonderful opportunity for CU alumni, students and friends to participate in the return of the ForeverBuffs Spotlight event and learn about the history of Denver’s forgotten Chinatown. This event will include a keynote byÌýDr. William WeiÌýauthor ofÌýAsians in Colorado, CU Boulder Professor of History andÌýColorado's state historian. Attendees will experience an exclusive visit of theÌýÌýexhibit and also enjoy a lion dance performance by the Guiding Mountain Dragon and Lion Dance Association to celebrate the Lunar New Year.
Students pay a $5 registration deposit which will be refunded when they check-in and attend the event. Refunds will be made within one week following the event. No-shows will not be refunded.
